Camille Ouvrard is a psychologist who obtained her professional master degree at the University of Bordeaux in 2014.
She chose psychogerontology and public health as a major specialty. She is interested in psychosocial determinants of health in elderly (e.g., cognitive ageing, frailty, dependency), therefore she decided to engage herself in research. In this context, she just started a Ph.D. directed by Professor Hélène Amieva within the team “Epidemiology and Neuropsychology of Brain Aging” at the INSERM Research Center U897 “Epidemiology and Biostatistics”. Her topic of research regards the impact of psychosocial vulnerability on cognitive aging.
