He is in charge of HEADS' overall leadership.

She is a PhD in political science, specialized in health public policy, in charge of the general management of HEADS, within the Mission Investissements d'Avenir of the University of Bordeaux.

- José Ramón Montero
Ph.D. in Law, University of Santiago de Compostela, Professor of Political Science at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM). He has served as dean of the School of Law at the University of Cádiz, Sub-director of Spain’s Center for Sociological Studies, Director of the Economics and Social Science Programme, Spanish Ministry of Education and Science, Vicepresident of the Spanish Association of Political Science, chairman of the Department of Political Science at the UAM.
- Susan Welburn
Professor of Medical and Veterinary Molecular Epidemiology at the Centre for Infectious Disease, The University of Edinburgh. University of Edinburgh (molecular epidemiology), Director, Global Health Academy, Assistant Principal Global Health.
- Monika Steffen
CNRS Senior Research Fellow (the French National Center for Scientific Research), at the PACTE Research. She has created and directed the master program dedicated to Health Policy and Management at Sciences po Grenoble.
- Martin Prince
Professor of Epidemiological Psychiatry at King's College London and joint Director of the Centre for Global Mental Health, a collaboration between King’s and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Professor Prince’s research focuses on mental health priorities in developing countries, with a strong focus on capacity building in policy, prevention, treatment and care of mental illness worldwide. He coordinates the 10/66 Dementia Research Group, a network of researchers from around the world, working together to promote research into dementia in low and middle income countries.
- Michelle Kelly
Social epidemiologist at the Epidemiology and Public Health Analyses Unit based in Toulouse (UMR1027 INSERM/ Université Toulouse III). Her work focuses on the social determinants of health, and the mechanisms at play to produce social inequalities in health.
This committee discusses the growth strategy for the program and organizes the implementation of the general guidelines approved by the Excellence campus board of the University of Bordeaux.
Executive body of the program, it is chaired by Pascal Ragouet and composed of a representative of the Management Committee of the IdEx Bordeaux, and researchers representing research projects launched within HEADS. It is to be enlarged in 2016 in order to improve disciplinary representation and a succesful implementation of HEADS activities.
