project coordinator: Loïc Lerouge
PhD in Law, CNRS Senior Researcher, at the Comptrasec (Centre for Comparative Labour and Social security Law)
Loïc Lerouge has been working for many years on occupational psycho-social risks. He published in 2005 a PhD thesis on the "Recognition of a right to occupational mental health protection". Since then he realised several papers and communications on psycho-social risks in law and social security systems. Thanks to a comparative approach, he studies the way these issues are addressed in the law and how legal responses can be adapted to these challenges. Loïc Lerouge has also initiated the creation of a regional observatoire on occupational psycho-social risks in Aquitaine (ORRPSA) which is to develop both multidisciplinary academic reflexion and relationships with social actors involved in health and social security policy.
